From 0-24 o'clock on March 29, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 8 newly confirmed cases, all of which were imported cases (3 in Shanghai, 3 in Sichuan, and 2 in Guangdong); none New death cases; no new suspected cases.
Seven new cases were cured and discharged that day, and 199 close contacts were released from medical observation.
