The latest situation of the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic as of 24:00 on June 1

From 0-24:00 on June 1, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 24 new confirmed cases, including 14 imported cases (Shanghai 6 cases, Fujian 3 cases, Guangdong 3 cases, Sichuan 1 case, 1 case in Yunnan), 10 local cases (all in Guangdong); no new deaths; no new suspected cases.

On the same day, 15 new cases were cured and discharged, and 689 close contacts were released from medical observation.

There are currently 290 confirmed cases imported from abroad (including 2 severe cases) and 2 suspected cases.

As of 24:00 on June 1, according to reports from 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, there are currently 346 confirmed cases (including 6 severe cases), a total of 86,164 cured and discharged cases, and a total of 4,636 deaths.

31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 19 new cases of asymptomatic infections, including 12 imported from abroad and 7 domestically (all in Guangdong); 4 confirmed cases on the same day (1 imported from overseas) ); 26 cases of medical observation were released on the same day (all imported from abroad); 380 cases of asymptomatic infection were still under medical observation (341 cases imported from abroad).

A total of 20,741 confirmed cases have been notified from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
