2022 marks the 40th anniversary of Thermo Fisher's official entry into China, and Thermo Scientific has launched a series of celebrations
in China with the theme of "Celebrating 40 Years and Paying Tribute to Fellow Travelers".
Since the establishment of its first sales office in China in 1982, Thermo Scientific has always worked side by side with fellow travelers in the upstream and downstream of the industry, promoting the construction of local industrial ecology, supporting the high-quality development of the country and helping the common progress
of society with cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions "customized in China".
At this CIIE, Thermo Scientific will also tell in detail the history of increasing local investment and in-depth localization strategy in China over the years
in the 40th anniversary theme exhibition area.

In 2021, Thermo Scientific announced its global carbon emissions goal of achieving net-zero carbon emissions
by 2050.
In the 40 years since it has been in China, Thermo Scientific has continued to pay attention to local ecological health, integrating cutting-edge innovative technologies and overall solutions into local sustainable development practices, and helping to achieve China's goal of
"carbon peak and carbon neutrality".
Taking this as an opportunity, Thermo Scientific will release the sustainable development project - the future ecological device "Co-ecology"
at this Expo.
As the final result of the 40th anniversary series, the installation extracts environmental samples from different locations in Shanghai and visualizes the symbiotic relationships of microsystems in the samples with the help of Thermo Fisher Scientific life science laboratory equipment and technology, further stimulating public concern
for sustainable development and ecological health.

At this CIIE, Thermo Scientific will focus on its strategic pattern of building a "big health" business under the dual prongs of clinical diagnosis and biomedicine, and bring world-leading scientific and technological innovation achievements

Among them, for cell therapy, anti-virus, airborne pathogen monitoring, electron microscopy and microanalysis overall solutions, Thermo Scientific will focus on a number of Asian premieres and China premiered new products

.
The system is a closed and automated instrument that enables users to scale cell therapy workflows
from process development to clinical and commercial manufacturing.

• The Thermo Scientific™ AerosolSense™ sampler is the first in
China.
As a new pathogen surveillance solution, it provides timely and highly reliable insight into airborne pathogens to monitor and improve site safety

• Thermo Scientific™ Renvo™ rapid PCR test is the first in
China.
This portable rapid PCR assay platform delivers fast, highly accurate air sample results
