SINOPEC News Network News Since entering mid-April, the Gulei Refining and Chemical Integration Project 800,000 tons/year ethylene plant cracking furnace project undertaken by the Tenth Construction Company of Refining and Chemical Engineering has entered the final sprint stage, in order to achieve the high standard of the project on schedule.
It is understood that the 800,000 tons/year ethylene plant is the core component of the Gulei refining and chemical integration project, including a total of 8 cracking furnaces.
In order to speed up the construction progress and improve work efficiency, the project department adopted the construction strategy of “one site, two sites”, and implemented off-site modular prefabrication installation for 3 of the cracking furnaces, effectively reducing the risk of hidden dangers caused by the cross-operation of various professional constructions.
As of April 13th, with the hard work of the staff involved in the construction of the project department, 70% of the total pressure test of the ethylene cracking furnace process pipeline has been completed, and 90% of the cracking furnace lining construction has been completed, and the oven conditions will be available on April 30 Lay a solid foundation.
