In 2019, NSFC and TRF signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in May 2008 On the basis of joint funding for multiple cooperation and exchange projects and successful seminars, the two sides have jointly funded cooperative research projects since 2015 to promote scientific progress of the two countries 2、 Description of project solicitation in 2019 (I) After consultation, the cooperation area of this solicitation is "natural products for drug discovery" with application code of B07 Applications that fail to fill in the specified application code as required will not be accepted （2） The funding period is 3 years, and the implementation period of projects approved in 2019 is from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022 （3） Funding and Description: the number of funding in 2019 is about 3 NSFC provides 2 million yuan of direct funding for each project (please note: applications with direct costs greater than 2 million yuan will not be accepted), including research funds and cooperation and exchange funds TRF provides corresponding funding to Thai scientists 3、 Application conditions according to the measures for the administration of International (regional) cooperative research projects of NSFC, the application for this project shall meet the following conditions: (1) the Chinese applicant shall have senior professional and technical positions (titles), and shall be the person in charge of NSFC projects that are undertaking or have undertaken for more than three years （2） Thai partners shall meet TRF's qualification requirements for domestic applicants and submit applications to TRF as required （3） Scientists from China and Thailand should have a certain basis for cooperation, and the project application should fully reflect strong cooperation and complementary advantages （4） Please refer to the program guide of National Natural Science Foundation of China 2019 for detailed description of application qualification 4、 The limited items stipulate that international (regional) cooperative research projects of NSFC include Inter Organizational International (regional) cooperative research projects (hereinafter referred to as Inter Organizational cooperative research projects) and key international (regional) cooperative research projects "(Sino Thailand) cooperative research project" is an Inter Organizational cooperative research project, and the applicant must comply with the following restrictions when applying: (1) the applicant can only apply for one international (regional) cooperative research project in the same year （2） The person in charge who is undertaking the International (regional) cooperative research project shall not apply for the International (regional) cooperative research project as the applicant Note: "nsfc-trf (China Thailand) cooperative research project" is not included in the duplication scope of "the total number of projects applied for and undertaken by senior professional and technical posts (titles) is limited to 3" 5、 Declaration requirements in order to make the declaration work smoothly, please pay attention to the following aspects: (1) scientists of both sides need to fill in and submit the corresponding application according to the requirements of the national fund;
