Sinopec News Network reported on March 24 that the 120,000 cubic meter cryogenic propane storage tank of the Zhongke Refinery Liquid Hydrocarbon Project, which was constructed by the Guangzhou (Luoyang) Engineering Company, was successfully gas-capped, marking the complete transfer of cryogenic tank construction.

The liquid hydrocarbon storage facility project of Zhongke Refinery is an important deployment of the group company in the construction of the light hydrocarbon logistics import and export base of Zhongke Refinery.
