Guangdong releases "ten pre-made dishes" to boost industry development

The official website of the General Office of the People's Government of Guangdong Province recently released the "Ten Measures for Accelerating the High-quality Development of Guangdong's Prefabricated Vegetable Industry" (hereinafter referred to as the "Ten Measures for Prefabricated Vegetables"), proposing a series of measures to promote the high-quality development of Guangdong's prefabricated food industry

The specific measures of the "Ten Prefabricated Vegetables" include: building a prefabricated vegetable joint research and development platform, building a prefabricated food quality and safety supervision and regulation system, expanding the prefabricated vegetable industry cluster, cultivating prefabricated vegetable demonstration enterprises, cultivating prefabricated vegetable industry talents, and promoting prefabricated vegetable storage and cold chain logistics.

Gao Qingying, member of the party group and deputy director of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, introduced that in recent years, Guangdong has taken the lead in promoting pre-made dishes in an organized and systematic manner in the country

Gao Qingying said that in practice, it has been found that prefabricated vegetables have become a new model for the integrated development of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas, a new format for promoting the quality and efficiency of the "vegetable basket" project, and a new channel for farmers to increase their income and become rich.

It is understood that after the introduction of the "Ten Pre-made Vegetables", Guangdong Province will take the lead in promoting the better and faster development of the pre-made vegetable industry in terms of talent training, quality supervision, industrial aggregation, brand marketing, financial insurance and other aspects

This year, relying on the construction of the “12221” market system for agricultural products, Guangdong has organized the “Double Festival Marketing Campaign for Pre-made Dishes”, “Three Deng Xiaoman Yao calls the whole country to eat Cantonese pre-made dishes around the world”, “Salute to the Guardians of the Spring Festival”, “Taste of China, Cantonese Taste and Cantonese Fragrance” ” and other series of activities

In the next step, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs will continue to carry out the "Eat in Guangdong" series of activities, tell the story of Guangdong's prefabricated food culture, and promote the construction of brand marketing channels
