According to Ghana’s “Daily Pictorial” report on December 21, at the 13th session of the Central and Western Gulf of Guinea Fishery Commission, Ghana signed an agreement with three West African Economic Community countries, including Togo, Côte d’Ivoire and Benin.
Starting next year, a joint fishery monitoring plan will be implemented to curb illegal fishing in the area and protect the fishery resources in the area
