its pipeline project.
It was revealed that the two parties will jointly develop 13 sites, which are currently at various stages of development, and Innogy is the exclusive purchaser of the completed assets

In addition, they will seek new project opportunities to add to their initial portfolio

Innogy Renewable Energy COO said, "Our strategic partnership with Birdseye is an excellent starting point
for us to develop and grow a valuable solar business in the United States.
Birdseye's development pipeline and active engagement with all stakeholders is fully aligned with our strategy to
deliver utility-scale solar projects in promising markets such as North America.

All three projects, all in North Carolina, have a combined capacity of 20MW and are in the late stages of development and already have some potential customers
