On February 28, Fulin Precision announced that its subsidiary Jiangxi Shenghua and the Yichun Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee have reached a cooperation framework agreement, covering new energy lithium battery cathode material industry project investment, lithium resource development and utilization and Industrial projects correspond to core raw material lithium resources guarantee support

According to the agreement, Jiangxi Shenghua will invest 200,000 tons/year in the Yichun Economic and Technological Development Zone in an integrated project of new high-pressure lithium iron phosphate cathode materials and supporting main materials, a research and development center and a technology platform; promote the comprehensive development and utilization of lithium resources, including but not limited to lithium Mine development projects, lithium salt production capacity construction projects, lithium battery recycling and reuse projects, etc.

Specifically, the lithium iron phosphate production project is expected to have a total investment of about 5 billion yuan.

It is understood that Yichun, Jiangxi, selected by Felicity Seiko, is a rich area of domestic lepidolite ore.
