Zhao Jieliang affirmed the construction of Fuding and Fu'an Seed Industry Innovation Projects, and put forward the expectation that the project construction should be implemented quickly in the next year, and the planning, design and construction of county-level seed laboratories should be completed as soon as possible, so as to improve the quality of seeds in eastern Fujian.
During the investigation, Zhao Jieliang affirmed the preliminary work of the Fu'an National Regional Tea Tree Breeding Base, and expressed that he would further intensify the work, strengthen the construction and management of the base, effectively maintain the production order of tea seedlings, and cultivate leading enterprises of specialized fine seedlings.
