Green products have special labels

Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation formulated and issued the "Administrative Measures for the Use of Green Product Labels" (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrative Measures")

The "Administrative Measures" clarified the styles of green product labels, the scope of application of green product labels, and the supervision and management of green product labels, and will be implemented from June 1

The "Administrative Measures" stipulate that the State Administration for Market Regulation uniformly publishes green product labels, builds and manages a green product label information platform, and supervises and manages the use of green product labels

When the certified product or its accompanying documents use this logo, the certification agency logo shall be marked on the right side of the green product logo at the same time;

When the same product has obtained green attribute certification issued by two or more certification agencies, all the corresponding certification agencies shall be marked

For certification activity 2, if other identification information needs to be marked on the basic pattern, it must be specified in the corresponding system plan

For other green attribute conformity assessment activities, such as the use of green product labels, the style shall be specified in the corresponding system plan

According to regulations, there are three channels for green product labeling to be certified

Certification Activity 1: Certification activities carried out by the certification body for the products listed in the national unified green product certification catalogue according to the standards in the green product evaluation standard list and the green product certification rules uniformly formulated and issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation

Certification Activity 2: The State Administration for Market Regulation and relevant departments of the State Council jointly promote unified green attributes involving resources, energy, environment, quality, etc.

The third certification activity is the conformity assessment activities involving the self-declaration of green attributes jointly implemented by the State Administration for Market Regulation and the relevant departments of the State Council

According to the regulations, when the certified product or its accompanying documents use this logo, the logo of the issuing agency shall be marked on the right side of the green product logo at the same time; when the same product has obtained the green attribute certification issued by two or more certification bodies, the corresponding label shall be marked.

The State Administration for Market Regulation requires that the illegal use of green product labels in conformity assessment activities such as certification and self-declaration shall be punished in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
