Arkema has announced the completion of the sale of its functional polyolefins business to SK Global Chemical
.
As part of the PMMA business, the Functional Polyolefins business has sales of around 250 million euros and includes ethylene copolymers and terpolymers for the food packaging, cables, electronics and coatings markets
.
It is reported that the business involves about 100 employees in France and an international sales team of about 30 people, who will also join SK General Chemicals, which is part of South Korea's SK Group
