Five paint enterprises in Fuyang City pay the paint consumption tax

consumption tax taxpayers to declare that the consumption tax has been levied 7200 yuan.
The notice issued by the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation stipulates that the original batteries and batteries are within the scope of the levy, but some types of batteries are exempt from consumption tax, including: mercury-free primary batteries, metal hydride nickel batteries (also known as "nickel hydride batteries" or "nickel hydride batteries"), lithium-ion batteries, lithium-ion batteries, solar cells, fuel cells and total liquid flow batteries. In addition, the notice requires exemption from consumption tax on coatings containing less than 420 g/L (including) volatile organic matter under construction conditions.
The consumption tax on batteries and paints is one of the contents of this year's consumption tax reform, and the Ministry of Finance will further adjust the scope, link and tax rate of consumption tax collection, including high energy consumption, high pollution products and some high-end consumer goods. After the introduction of the battery paint consumption tax in Fuyang City, although the total amount of tax revenue is not large, but to promote the battery, paint and other related enterprises to adjust the product structure, promote the industry to the direction of green environmental protection transformation and upgrading, improve the awareness of energy conservation and environmental protection of the whole people has a strong guiding role.
