in the selected domestic additives, the compliance rate of Chinese identification is only 33.0% 2 The product is not marked with the number of registration license for imported feed additives Among the selected imported feed additives, only 22.2% of the products were labeled with import registration license number 3 Import registration system has not been implemented for some imported feed products In the spot check, it was found that 4 batches of whey powder for feed had not been registered (4) main reasons: 1 The inspection application is not strict In the process of management of imported feed additives, there is a phenomenon of emphasizing registration and neglecting application for inspection During this inspection, it was found that most of the imported feed additives currently in circulation in the market did not fulfill the formal inspection procedures Taking Guangdong port as an example, in recent years, the number of imported feed additives applied for inspection has decreased year by year Before 1994, Guangdong port accepted nearly 2000 batches of imported feed additives for inspection, compared with 48 batches in 1999 2 Poor market supervision For a long time, the daily supervision and management of imported feed additives is not enough Before the implementation of the regulations, the management of feed additive products in the market was almost blank The inspection found that 72.7% of the imported and domestic feed additive products in circulation did not meet the requirements 3 The detection ability needs to be improved Feed additive testing needs some advanced precision instruments, but many feed quality inspection institutions are not equipped with complete, it is difficult to achieve rapid and accurate determination of some new testing parameters In view of the problems found in this follow-up inspection of feed additive quality, the Ministry of agriculture requires all levels of animal husbandry and veterinary, feed administrative departments and feed quality inspection institutions to study the regulations carefully, and at the same time, strictly investigate and punish the sales of imported feed and feed additive products without import feed and feed additive registration license in China; prohibit production and sales without approval number To strengthen the supervision and management of feed products in the circulation field, we should focus on the examination and issuance of production license, product approval number and the implementation of feed label standards.
