    1 Introduction to Hunan Agricultural University

    Hunan Agricultural University is a university jointly established by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the People's Government of Hunan Province, a national civilized campus, and a first-class university in Hunan Province (Class A)

    The School of Food Science and Technology originated from the Department of Agricultural Products Processing established in 1986.
