On January 27, the Provincial Department of science and technology organized relevant experts to accept the project "Experimental Study on the effect of water extract of zanzixuelian on UV-B-induced photoaging of HaCaT cells", which was completed by Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University The expert group believed that the research results reached the international advanced level The oxidative damage of human immortalized keratinocytes (HaCaT) induced by ultraviolet B (UVB) was studied by cell culture, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and immunofluorescence staining It was confirmed that the water extract, polysaccharide and flavone extract of zanzixuelian had protective effect on HaCaT irradiated by UVB It can inhibit the apoptosis of HaCaT cells by increasing the mitochondrial membrane potential, reducing the calcium content and weakening the cascade reaction of membrane potential proteins The project published 5 papers, including 1 SCI, 4 domestic core journals, and trained 2 postgraduates This project initially discussed the protective mechanism of the extract of zanzixuelian on the damage of HaCaT induced by UVB The research results provided an important theoretical basis for the development of zanzixuelian and the treatment of skin light damage, and had a wide application value.
