Exosomes are small membrane vesicles containing complex RNAs and proteins, which are carriers of intercellular signaling

NanoView Biosciences of the United States has launched the fully automatic exosome fluorescence detection and analysis system ExoView.

As the general agent of Nanoview Biosciences in China, the Chinese subsidiary of Quantum Design officially launched the ExoView® exosome comprehensive characterization kit test service at the beginning of the year.

☛ Shanghai University Xiao Junjie's research group published an article in "Journal of extracellular vesicles" entitled "Extracellular vesiclesenclosed-miR-421 suppresses air pollution (PM2.

☛ Yang Hui's research group from Shenzhen Institute of Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences published an article in "Lab on a Chip" titled "Extraction of small extracellular vesicles by label-free and biocompatible on-chip magnetic separation"

☛ Zhang Wei's research group from Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Liang Xingjie's research group from National Nanoscience Center, and Chen Junge's research group from Beihang University published an article in "Advanced Science" titled "Functionalized Macrophage Exosomes with Panobinostat and PPM1D-siRNA for Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Gliomas Therapy" 》

☛ The research group of Jiang Gening/Xu Jianfang/Zheng Di of Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University and Shanghai Sidi Translational Medicine published an article in "Journal of Nanobiotechnology" titled "Identification and evaluation of circulating small extracellular vesicle microRNAs as diagnostic biomarkers for patients with indeterminate pulmonary nodules

We congratulate the above teachers and students, and hope that more and more teachers can use Exoview to better study exosomes and achieve better scientific research results!

ExoView® Exosome Comprehensive Characterization Kit can directly analyze exosomes in biological samples such as cell culture supernatant, plasma, serum, urine, cerebrospinal fluid, saliva, etc.

    Detection process:

    Example of kit test results:

    • Number of different exosome subsets

    • Exosome particle size detection

    • Fluorescence colocalization analysis

    • Image of a single exosome

    • Exosome content detection
