Sinochem News Network News On October 11, ENN and Chenier Energy signed a long-term liquefied natural gas (LNG) purchase and sale agreement

According to the agreement, starting from July 1, 2022, Chenier Energy will supply approximately 900,000 tons of LNG to ENN in the form of offshore delivery (FOB) for a period of 13 years

This agreement is ENN's first long-term LNG purchase and sale agreement since the completion of its major asset reorganization in 2020, and it is also ENN's first LNG resource purchase and sale contract that is only linked to the Henry Hub natural gas price

Chenier Energy is the world’s second largest LNG liquefaction plant operator, with business covering upstream natural gas collection and transportation, liquefaction, chartering and LNG shipping.

Currently, ENN operates more than 230 city gas projects across the country, with an annual LNG distribution capacity of over 10 billion cubic meters.
