The project uses a new type of nano-non-precious metal catalyst independently developed by the Shanghai Institute for Advanced Study of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and has completed the engineering technology development and device engineering design of the industrial test device, and completed the industrial test of 5,000 tons/year of carbon dioxide hydrogenation to methanol in Fudao Company.
The expert group also believes that the project has developed an industrial catalyst with independent intellectual property rights and its scale-up production process, and obtained a series of technical data such as industrial test device startup and shutdown and operation control programs.
Compared with similar technologies at home and abroad, the main technical indicators are advanced.
