It is reported that in the second quarter of this year, Dalian plans to sign and start 766 new projects, with a total investment of 513.

Mainly include the relocation of PetroChina Petrochemical, Changxing Island Electronic Chemical Solvent, Shandong Lihua 1 million tons of carbon dioxide comprehensive utilization and deep processing of high-end materials and other projects;

● 12 projects with more than 5 billion yuan

It mainly includes projects such as Zhongchuan Xiaoyaowan Industrial Base in Jinpu New District, Ganjingzi New Urbanization, and 900,000-ton propane dehydrogenation in Jinpu, Changxing Island;

● 55 projects with more than 1 billion yuan

It mainly includes Zhuanghe Vision Energy Equipment Project, Chint High-efficiency Crystalline Silicon Module Production Base, Ganjingzi Shanshan Outlets and other projects

PetroChina Petrochemical Relocation Project

It is understood that in 2014, the State Council issued a document clearly proposing to accelerate the relocation of Dalian Petrochemical's refining and chemical projects

According to Wu Junfeng, member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of the Dalian Changxing Island Economic and Technological Development Zone, the Dalian Petrochemical relocation project will be constructed in two phases at the West Zhongdao Petrochemical Industrial Base (hereinafter referred to as the Petrochemical Base), with a new construction of 10 million tons in the first phase.
