In addition, if some faults are encountered, the operator should also solve them in time so as not to reduce the service life of
the equipment.
If wet powder is adhered to the inner wall of the main tower, it is likely that the feeding speed of the material is too fast and the amount is too large, so that it cannot be completely dry, and the solution is to slow down the speed and quantity of feeding and properly adjust
the feed pump.
It is also possible that the operator did not operate according to the requirements of the manual, the main tower was not heated, and the solution was to increase the temperature of the inlet and outlet of
the spray dryer.
If a large number of impurities are encountered in the product, it means that the spray dryer material contains impurities, which are not filtered out during filtration, and the air filter can be inspected, and the filter screen is replaced
according to the situation.
It is also possible that the purity of the material liquid is not high, and the material liquid can be sampled and tested, and the impurities in the feed liquid can be filtered out
