On March 29, the official website of NMPA showed that the listing application (acceptance number: CYHS1900072) of CSPC’s 4 generic drugs "Amphotericin B Cholesterol Sulfate Complex for Injection" was changed to "Under Approval".

Amphotericin B is a polyene antifungal antibiotic.

Amphotericin B (AmB) has no drug resistance problem.

Since then, Amphotericin B liposomes and Cholesterol Sodium Sulfate Complex for Injection (ABCD) have been listed on the international market.

In addition, according to the Insight database, on March 12, 2021, Sinopharm Zhongnuo Pharmaceutical's 3 types of generic drug amphotericin B liposomes for injection have also been reported for production (acceptance number: CYHS2101018).
