In 2018, in order to further improve the meal assistance subsidy mechanism and build an information-based elderly dining car service system covering the Yanshan area, the Yanshan Civil Affairs Branch started the construction of the dining car information platform.

Zhao Dong specifically mentioned that the project offers a 20% discount to the elderly and disabled people who purchase meals with the elderly pension card and the disabled card.
