recently, the German scholar Pohl and others carried out a study on computer virtual pigment endoscope (CVC), and after comparing a large number ofstandardendoscopy images with CVC reconstruction images, CVC can improve the comparison of capillaries in different types of tissue with surrounding tissue, thereby increasing the diagnostic rate of earlytumor(Figure 1)(Endoscopy 2007, 39 (1: 80)CVC is a newly developed endoscopic imaging technology that can select the spectrum of a specific wavelength with narrow-band imaging (NBI)The difference is that NBI uses optical filters to reduce the bandwidth of spectral transmission, while CVC captures ordinary endoscopy images through a visual information processor, then processes them and selects different wavelengths to reconstruct the virtual imageThe researchers believe that both NBI and CVC can enhance the comparison of capillary network patterns and small concave patterns, providing a useful complement to conventional endoscopy and pigmented endoscopy
