Recently, ophthalmology researchers from Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College published a paper to compare the efficacy of Deproteinized Calfblood Extract Eye Gel and 1 g L-1 sodium hyaluronate in preventing dry eye after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) The study points out that the dry matter of 20% Deproteinized Calfblood Extract Eye Gel after LASIK treatment is faster than that of 1 g L-1 sodium hyaluronate, and has better curative effect and is more suitable for use after LASIK This article was published in the 2007 issue of new progress in ophthalmology in 2014 Methods: 120 cases (240 eyes) of myopia patients scheduled for LASIK were randomly divided into two groups: A and B They were treated with Deproteinized Calfblood Extract Eye Gel, 1 g L-1 sodium hyaluronate eye drops 4 times a day, 1 week, 2 week and 4 weeks after operation respectively The visual acuity and diopter of the patients were recorded Tear secretion test, tear rupture time test and fluorescein staining test were performed There was no significant difference in vision and diopter between the two groups at different time (P > 0.05) One week after the operation, the osdi score of group A was lower (P0.05), and the influence of eye discomfort on daily life of group A was lower than that of group B (P0.05) The rupture time of tear film in group A was longer than that in group B (P0.05) The score of corneal fluorescein staining in group A was lower than that in group B (P < 0.01).
