The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of myfascia release technique (MRT) and roller massager in combination with core stabilization exercise (CSE) in nonspecific back pain (NSLBP) in the elderlyrandomly divided 45 participants into two groups (CSE and CSE-MRT)Participants in the CSE group used core stabilization exercises for a total of 6 weeks, 3 days a weekIn addition to the core stabilization exercises, participants in the CSE-MRT group also performed a six-week, 6-week roller massager's fascia relaxation techniqueParticipants were assessed for pain before and after treatment, lumbar disability, lower limb flexibility, motor phobia, core stability endurance, spinal mobility, gait characteristics and quality of lifestudy found that the improvement of core stability endurance (P-0.031) and spinal activity (sacroon face) (P-0.022) in the CSE-MRT group was greater than that of the CSE groupThere were no significant differences in pain, lumbar disability, lower limb flexibility, motor phobia, gait characteristics, and quality of life (P0.05)in a word, this study suggests that the muscle fascia loosesolution technique of roller massager combined with core stabilization movement is a good choice for the treatment of NSLBP in the elderly
