Cinia and MegaFon have signed a memorandum of understanding to form a joint venture by the end of the fourth quarter of 2019 to prepare for the deployment of submarine cable systems
in the Arctic Ocean.
The planned network infrastructure will connect coastal areas
in Europe, Russia, Japan and North America.
