Xinjiang is located in the hinterland of the Eurasian continent.
At the same time, the researchers used ancient proteomics technology to find evidence that the Xiaohe population had consumed a large amount of dairy products for a long time.
This research result has reshaped our understanding of the population evolution process in Xinjiang and Eurasian grasslands, and provided important genetic evidence for a more comprehensive and systematic restoration of the origin and evolutionary history of ancient humans.
