At present, the drug development of new drugs is facing huge challenges.
In recent years, new nano-formulations represented by nanocrystals and liposomes have developed rapidly.
In response to these problems, the research team integrated the respective advantages of nanocrystals and liposomes, loaded hydrophobic drug nanocrystal particles into the hydrophilic core of liposomes, and designed and developed a new type of core-shell nanocrystal@The hybrid nano drug delivery system has the advantages of high drug loading, high stability, surface functionalization and tumor tissue/cell targeting, which effectively overcomes the shortcomings of nanocrystals and liposomes.
The research team applied the designed and constructed drug delivery system to CHMFL-ABL-053, a self-developed candidate drug for chronic myeloid leukemia, and prepared 053 with high drug loading, high stability and tumor tissue targeting.
According to reports, this achievement is expected to provide new ideas and strategies for the design and development of nanomedicine based on nanocrystals and liposomes.
