A Chinese research team discovered a new insect species in an urban wetland.

The reporter learned from the Guangdong Academy of Sciences that the research team of Yang Xingke from the Institute of Zoology of the Academy recently discovered a new rare insect species in the Haizhu National Wetland Park in Guangzhou, which belongs to the genus Coleoptera, Phyllanthus subfamily
