News: China Real Estate Data Research Institute of 292 cities a full sample of second-hand housing survey data show that in March 2015, 292 cities nationwide second-hand housing prices change as follows:

-sized cities with prices fell, 3 were flat year-on-year and 162 were up. Among the month-on-month price movements, the highest increase was 16.62 per cent and the lowest was a decrease of 9.23 per cent.
2) Compared with the same month last year, 195 of the 292 large and medium-sized cities had their prices falling, and two had been flat year-on-year, with 95 cities rising. In March, year-on-year price movements were up 15.41 per cent and down 16.01 per cent.

Among them, Yulin fell by 16.01% YoY, the largest decline, Ya'an, Neijiang and other 17 cities fell by more than 10%, Peony River, Shaoxing and other 161 cities fell by between 1% and 10%, Guang'an, Chongzuo and other 16 cities fell by less than 1%.

in March 2015, 292 cities, housing prices rose month-on-month in January 162 cities, an increase of 16 from the previous month. The top 10 cities were Yantai, Hangzhou, Xi'an, Shanghai, Foshan, Jinan, Zhangzhou, Qingdao, Zhangzhou and Dongguan, with increases of between 7% and 17%. Among them, Yantai rose 16.62 percent, the first increase, the other 152 cities rose month-on-month, Huaibei, Daqing and other 118 cities rose more than 1 percent, Guang'an, Jiayuguan and other 18 cities rose between 0.5%-1%, Zhanjiang, Qujingte and other 16 cities rose within 0.5%.
March 2015, residential prices fell by 127 cities month-on-month, 19 fewer than the previous month. The top 11 cities in the decline were: Luzhou, Heihe, Yun floating, Copper River, Hengyang, Yiyang, Hebi, Anshan, Ya'an, Benxi, Kunming, all fell by more than 5%, while 27 cities, including Guest, Yan'an, fell by between 3% and 5%. Of the 89 cities that fell month-on-month, 58, including Hulunbel and Wuwei, fell between 1% and 31, including Yichun and Qingyang, fell less than 1%.
