On August 20, the China Securities Regulatory Commission announced that it will hold the 90th 2021 issuance review committee working meeting on August 26 to review the first issue of the chicken company Chunxue Food Group Co.

According to the prospectus, Chunxue Foods' main products are chicken preparations and fresh products.

Chunxue Foods stated that the raised funds are planned to be used for the construction of a smart factory for slaughtering 50 million broilers per year, a smart factory for chicken preparations with an annual output of 40,000 tons, a demonstration farm for broiler breeding, marketing network and brand building promotion projects, and informatization.

Before the raised funds are in place, Chunxue Foods will invest in the above projects in advance with self-raised funds according to business development needs
