If the products for which medical institutions fill in the procurement requirements are in the selected range, the selected products with the highest decline (calculated by the decline in shortlisted quotations, the same below) in the same competitive unit will be allocated to the corresponding medical institutions according to the agreed procurement volume; Other selected products will be allocated to corresponding medical institutions according to 90% of the agreed purchase volume

The medical institution fills in the purchase demand but is not in the selected range, has not been declared by the enterprise, fills in the agreed purchase volume of products with a production capacity of "0", and the agreed purchase volume of the selected product that is not allocated as the to-be-allocated quantity, which shall be allocated by the medical institution in the following order Allocation: ① Allocate 30% of the to-be-allocated volume to the selected companies with the highest drop in the same product group; ② The remaining 70% of the to-be-allocated volume will be independently selected by medical institutions from all the products of the selected companies

If the amount to be distributed is directly converted into the agreed purchase amount due to differences in dosage forms and specifications between products, the alliance procurement office will determine the conversion method after consulting with the provincial medical insurance department in the alliance area

In order to ensure the supply, when the selection of medical institutions exceeds 80% of the maximum production capacity of each selected product, the medical institution will no longer be open to select this product, and the medical institution can continue to choose other selected products

The notice requires that the medical insurance departments of each city organize relevant medical institutions within their jurisdictions to complete the agreed procurement allocation work through the "Hubei Medical Insurance Service Platform" within the specified time.
