Construction process:
basic inspection, cleaning→ proportional preparation of
coatings
→ brushing paint → maintenance → inspection, acceptance.
Construction points:
grass-roots treatment: concrete grass should be clean, oil, dust, sand and dirt, etc. must be removed clean, because the active ingredients of the material is water as a carrier, in order to penetrate and crystallize the inside of the concrete, so before painting should be fully moist concrete grass, (can be brushed with brush water on the concrete), but attention should not be clear water.
brush coating construction:
by powder: water: 1:0.25 to 0.4 weight ratio weighing.
Mixing: first pour water into the container, then pour the powder into the water, mechanically stir for 5 minutes,
brush: with a hard brush to paint the paint evenly on the base surface, should be painted more than 2-3 times. The first curing can only be applied the second time. (If the previous surface has been dry and white, it needs to be moist and then painted again), the amount of paint is 1.0-1.2kg/m2, the thickness of the coating should be greater than 0.8mm.
Dry powder coating construction: the powder of 1kg/m2 is evenly sprinkled on the surface of the concrete that is not fully solidified, and the powder is immediately pressed into the concrete with a wood smear and polishing machine and pressed until the desired effect is achieved.
of water conservation can be: spray water, cover moisture, coating conservation fluid and so on. The coating will not be damaged by sprinklers and can be conserved with water for a period of not less than 72 hours.
