Celanese, a global chemical and specialty materials company, today launched POM ECO-B, a sustainable bio-based co-polyoxymethylene product, as the market demand grows for materials that contain renewable ingredients and have a lower environmental impact.

According to reports, POM ECO-B enables user companies to reduce carbon dioxide emissions in their end products and move towards the goal of achieving renewable content

Using the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC+) mass balance method, Celanese POM ECO-B has a biological content of up to 97%
