    Saudi energy company ACWA Power has signed an agreement with China Energy Construction Group (CEC) to explore joint investment opportunities and power and desalination projects
    in the Middle East and Asia regions operated by ACWA Power.

    The MoU was signed
    by Mohammad Abunayyan, Chairman of ACWA Power, and Wang Jianping, Chairman of China Energy Construction.

    Commenting on the news, Abunayyan said: "The MoU with China Energy Construction is a great milestone and demonstrates our efforts to deliver superior solutions
    in the regional and global power and water industries.
    We are excited to share our core values and spirit
    of change in the industry with China Nengjian.

    "We are honored to be here in Dubai and to sign a Memorandum of Understanding
    with leaders in the power and water sector.
