After the material is upgraded, the furnace tube reinforced pipe joint and the upper tail pipe are of the same material, so the welding performance is better, the reliability is higher, and the welding residual stress is prevented
In addition, due to increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements, the original hydrogen conversion furnace burners can no longer meet the environmental protection requirements of normal production.
Since the entire construction is only 22 days, the time is tight, the tasks are heavy, and the construction is difficult, Cangzhou Refining & Chemical has communicated and coordinated with the manufacturer many times to transport the materials to the construction site in advance for acceptance

In order to ensure the quality of welding, they conducted strict inspections and supervision of the whole process around whether the welding materials were correct, whether the welding current was up to standard, and whether the wind speed and temperature were appropriate
Due to strict quality control, after flaw detection, 206 main welds, the first pass rate reached 100%
