      In the actual hoisting process, the new heat exchanger needs to traverse a 7-layer steel structure.
    The minimum gap between the main body of the equipment and the steel structure is only 50 mm.
    A slight shaking may cause deformation of the insulation support around the heat exchanger and affect the installation quality

    For this reason, the second oil refining department where the device is located has specially arranged for the technical backbone of the post to watch the site in different areas, and promptly remind the construction staff to suspend the lifting for inspection when abnormality is found


      After nearly two hours of intense lifting operations, the new reforming feed heat exchanger was successfully installed at 11:40
