Canadian Solar has secured support agreements with FRV and Enel Green Power for both Victorian Government support
    .
The agreement involves three utility-scale PV projects
    in Australia.

Canadian Solar Solar's 100MW Carwarp solar project is located near Mildura, Victoria, and is expected to be completed
in the first quarter of 2020.
Once completed, the site will generate 267,000 MWh of electricity
    per year.

Canadian Solar Chairman and CEO said: "We are delighted to receive the Victorian Government's Honourable Award
    for the Carwarp Solar Project.
The Victorian Renewable Energy Auction Program is a competitive tender process and using our 10-year track record in global project development and execution, we can assist the Victorian Government in achieving its renewable energy generation targets
    .

FRV is supported by the Victorian Renewable Energy 2017 reverse auction scheme for an 85MW project and Winton Solar Farm will be developed
    near Benara, Victoria.
Construction will commence in the first quarter of 2019 and, once operational, will generate enough electricity to power approximately 50,000 Victorian homes
    .

More than 150 local jobs will be created during the construction of the FRV plant, which will be the company's fifth large-scale PV project
    in Australia.

Enel has received a 15-year support agreement from the Victorian Government to produce energy and green certificates
from a 34MW Cohuna solar farm.

Enel is expected to invest around $42 million in a PV facility, which will consist of around 87,000 bifacial modules and is expected to generate up to 77GWh of electricity
    per year.
