Bidder qualification requirements

The bidder must be an independent legal person legally registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China and have a valid business license;

The qualification of the bidder shall meet the qualifications of Grade 2 and below for general contracting of construction projects stipulated in the Jijianzhao [2015] No.
