The Refining Department has identified 7 categories and 109 small items of 100-day safety and accident-free special action plans, carried out safety compliance inspections and hidden danger rectifications in high-risk links, and installed 13 quick shut-off valves at the bottom of the catalytic reflux tank of the refining unit.

Focusing on equipment overhaul and start-up, abnormal handling and new technological transformation project start-up, with on-site simulation training as the mainstay, and centralized teaching as the supplement, each production device has organized more than 40 first-line operator trainings.

The Rubber Department further investigated the hidden dangers of butadiene, isoprene, and styrene systems in special actions, accurately identified the risks of refining, polymerization, agglomeration and post-processing production processes, and identified 165 process operation risks and 58 unconventional operation risks.

Draw lessons from the accidents of peer companies, comprehensively carry out the investigation of hidden dangers of liquid hydrocarbon system equipment, find out 352 problem items, prepare the equipment hidden danger management plan and report to the company, formulate high-risk pump special care rules, implement special care management; supplement and improve liquid hydrocarbon, high-risk pumps and Emergency plans and on-site disposal plans for large units, 25 emergency drills of liquid hydrocarbon systems were carried out.

At present, the new SEBS plant with an annual output of 50,000 tons, which was built and put into operation in February, is running smoothly, and the daily output of thermoplastic rubber series products and polypropylene products of the operation department is more than 900 tons.

The electrical center conducts “pulling net” investigations against the 10 first-level elements and 15 second-level elements of the "Electrical Equipment Inspection Standards" according to the grid and sub-regions, and pays close attention to risk identification, control and hidden danger investigation; complete the refining department during the opportunity maintenance Control of hidden troubles in switch cabinets and torch electrical of the Ministry of Coal Chemical Industry.
