Recently, Indian solar developer Avaada Power has further relaxed the requirements for the Indian PV market by signing a memorandum of understanding with the Andhra Pradesh government to develop 500MW utility-scale PV projects with an investment of 35 billion rupees (about 537 million US dollars).
