Recently, Ascend Functional Materials Co.

After the formal signing of the investment agreement, the Ascend Lianyungang production base will start construction in 2022, and is expected to officially start production in the second half of 2023

Previously, Ascend announced its first acquisition in Tilburg, the Netherlands in 2018, followed by several acquisitions in Mozarté, Italy, Suzhou, China and Fossay, France over the past three years, and will complete the acquisition in Mexico within this year.
