Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) , systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and primary Sjogren’s syndrome (pSS) have many similar clinical and serological features
.
Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) are a common source of immune cells that infiltrate specific target organs
Rheumatoid arthritis Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) , systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and primary Sjogren’s syndrome (pSS) have many similar clinical and serological features
Shantou University Medical College Guohong Zhang team analyzed data from 119 (one untreated patients 41 RA , 38 pSS , 28 SLE and 12 months from multiple autoimmune) and 20 healthy control PBMC of RNA-seq data, do biological Process and transcription factor enrichment and immune cell type analysis based on deconvolution .
Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) and flow cytometry are used to further define immune cell subpopulations in PBMC .
The results show that RA , SLE , pSS and multiple autoimmune diseases have similar transcription profiles and common gene expression characteristics related to nucleosome assembly and hemostasis
.
Different TF collections and gene regulatory networks are mainly enriched in the hematopoietic process
The results show that RA , SLE , pSS and multiple autoimmune diseases have similar transcription profiles and common gene expression characteristics related to nucleosome assembly and hemostasis
Conclusion : The identification of MK amplification provides new insights into the atlas of peripheral immune cells in RA , SLE , pSS and multiple autoimmune diseases
.
The abnormal regulatory mechanism that makes MK amplify may contribute to the pathogenesis of these ADs .
Conclusion Conclusion : MK identified amplified provide the RA , of SLE , of pSS new insights autoimmune disease and multiple peripheral immune cells map
