Waiver requests must be submitted by March 16, after which there will be a month for other companies, including U.

on the waiver requests.
The final decision will be made by U.

Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer, in consultation with U.
S.
Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross and Energy Secretary Rick Perry, who are also the main authors of
