    2 Results and discussion

At the same time, the light blue acrylic metal drying paint with different contents of nano-titanium dioxide was selected for 800 h artificial accelerated aging test to observe the effect of NTG-602nm titanium dioxide on the weather resistance of vehicle coatings, the results of which can be found in Table 3.From Table 3, it can be seen that NTG-602nm titanium dioxide is of great help to improve the weather resistance of light blue acrylic metal drying paint, with the increase of NTG-602B nano-titanium dioxide addition, the coating film after artificial aging to produce loss of light, color change phenomenon decreasing, because nano-titanium dioxide has the effect of ultraviolet absorption, scattering function.
    2.2 NTG-602B nano-titanium dioxide has an important effect on coating hardness and adhesionNTG-602B nano-titanium dioxide is a non-qualitative white powder with a particle size of ≤20 nm, which is more than 40m2/g than the surface area, and is analyzed by scanning electron microscope, which presents a floc-like and mesh quasi-particle structure (see Figure 1), with small particle size. At the same time, it can effectively avoid the precipitation quality problems of aluminum silver paste and pearl powder in the coating during storage.3 Conclusion (1) NTG-602 redstone nano-titanium dioxide has a very strong absorption and scattering function to ultraviolet light, can effectively shield ultraviolet rays, protect the coating film from its destruction, improve the weather resistance of the coating film.(2) NTG-602 redstone nano-titanium dioxide can form a strong interface binding force with the resin in the coating, improve the hardness of the coating film, adhesion and other properties.(3) NTG-602 redstone nano-titanium dioxide has a large, highly active surface area, with film-forming objects and solvents to form a strong interaction, can greatly improve the fluidity of the coating, used in vehicle coatings can effectively improve the metal flash paint with angle color effect and prevent pigment precipitation.
