In accordance with the requirements of the "Anti-freezing and Anti-Condensation Plan for Olefins Plants", each workshop implements a leadership contract system.
Each area is inspected and implemented by the person in charge of each area and the members of the area, and the site is subjected to a carpet inspection and confirmation.
From the cracking furnace to the oil product, from the steam supply point to the condensation point, from the valve opening to the low point of the heat tracing pipeline, meticulously, without leaving dead ends, confirm item by item, and immediately rectify if the valve opening is small and the condensation effect is poor , To ensure that every pipeline and every storage tank will survive the winter stably.
Employees strengthen on-site inspections, increase the frequency of inspections, do a good job of purging and replacing idle pipelines, and add blind plates to isolate them in time.
Strengthen the construction management of deactivated equipment to prevent freezing of construction equipment and ensure the safety of construction equipment.
