The Acrylic Fiber Department of Anqing Petrochemical Company took the opportunity to carry out the "five inspections and five strict" special safety operations as an opportunity, taking the rectification and implementation of hidden dangers as the starting point, and focusing on the safety production characteristics of four different types of production equipment, extensive and in-depth management of hidden dangers was carried out this year.

In order to strengthen the organization and leadership of the management of hidden dangers, the Ministry established a leading group for the investigation and management of hidden dangers in the Acrylic Fiber Department, and formulated the "Implementation Rules for the Double Prevention and Management of Production Safety Risk Control and Hidden Hazard Inspection and Management in the Acrylic Fiber Department of Anqing Petrochemical", which clarified the leadership and comprehensive management of the department.

The Ministry’s hidden danger investigation is carried out in accordance with the requirements of all employees and the whole process.

In order to ensure a solid and effective management of the risk investigation, the department first arranged in the team safety activity plan to organize each team to earnestly study the relevant management systems and implementation rules of the company and the operation department; secondly, use the handover and safety meeting to extensively launch the team staff to conduct in-depth inspections of the production equipment For the hidden dangers and unsafe factors around you, all majors use the time of weekly inspections and monthly comprehensive inspections to actively find hidden dangers, actively rectify the hidden dangers found, and close the loop in the Sinopec safety management information system; in addition, the department is still in every situation.

At the same time, the department makes full use of the company's hidden hazard investigation reward and incentive mechanism, and actively applies for rewards through the company's integrated management system for hidden hazard investigation reward channels, so as to promote employees to actively identify and investigate the risks and hidden dangers around them
