This inspection focuses on equipment and pipelines with a medium between -20 and 175°C, and flammable, explosive, toxic and hazardous media equipment and pipelines that have a great impact on safe operation; low temperature parts such as the top of the tower and the top of the container; there are pressure gauges, thermometers, Take over, such as the open-air opening facing upwards, the horizontal upper half of the joint of the protective layer, and the parts where the sealing overlap is not tight, and the protective layer is peeled off or damaged

The part where the equipment penetrates the insulation layer and the part where moisture is likely to stay; the branch and hanger of the insulation pipeline; the small joints, branch pipes, flanges, bolts and other accessories under the insulation layer; exposure to moisture or acid gas, liquid spills And areas with high chloride ion content; pipelines with open-air glass cloth insulation; unfold near the steam discharge point

In response to the problems found in the inspection, they took a number of improvement and preventive measures

The external anti-corrosion quality of the equipment is checked, the quality of rust removal, and the thickness of the anti-corrosion paint film are checked.

Strengthen the on-site inspection and investigation of pipelines and equipment in high-temperature and high-pressure process lines.
